Promote yourself

"If you wish in this world to advance, your merits you're bound to enhance; You must stir it and stump it, and blow your own trumpet, or trust me, you haven't a chance." W. S. Gilbert.

I'll bet you didn't think that light opera could be a major driver for business! We might not know the tune, but the words are certainly worth bearing in mind...

Online campaigns

Most of the stuff that we're dealing with here can best be summed up with one word - "Strategy". Have one. Review it. Make it better. Evolve. Assess the effectiveness of your email communications, who reads them and what they read...

Online campaigns need to be carefully managed - give carefully targeted groups of customers (and potential customers) information that they want in a helpful, easy to understand way. Full of customer benefit. Avoid the "blanket bombing" technique - it'll do more harm than good.

"True interactivity is not about clicking on icons or downloading files, it's about encouraging communication" Edwin Schlossberg.

Search engine optimisation

This stuff is so important - you want to be found online. Without customers coming to you you can't do business with them. This is all about WORDS - plain and simple. The first stage is to decide on the words that your customers use. Then ensure that those words appear in all the right places. Search engines aren't intelligent, so we need to make it blindingly obvious what every page is about. SEO - a combination of black art and science - a "black science" perhaps?

"It's only words and words are all I have" - the Bee Gees (well not all of us have enjoyed a classical education...).

Content development

Content - everything that makes up your web site. Images, words, tags, keywords, general appearance - everything side by side in perfect harmony (and no, we're NOT going to quote from THAT song...).

Poetry not prose. Brief, succinct and to the point. People don't read websites - they scan them. But give visitors access to further information (such as technical data downloads) to help the decision-making process. We can help promote your offering in such as way that it positively leaps off the screen! You're probably very proud of what you do and how you do it - and quite rightly - but we'll show you how to turn that around to focus on customer benefit (or "What's in it for me...?").

So we can tell your customers what THEY want to hear and make you look good at the same time. Nice...

Customer relationship

How about an online system that lets you keep track of all data involving contacts, sales, marketing activities and diaries?

  • Online - you can use it securely from any PC with an internet connection.
  • Future-proof - you don't have to keep updating your IT infrastructure to use it - it all works through your web browser!
  • Customisable - it can be configured to work the way you do - even sitting at the heart of a complex public sector project, collating events, attendance, project delivery and resulting outputs!

Well you do want to know what's actually going on don't you?
